2. Exercise to release the toxins. By exercising on a regular basis, you support healthy circulation of your blood and lymph system. This will enhance digestion. Proper digestion of food, leads to proper natural elimination.

3. Reduce your sugar intake. When you consume excess amounts of sugar, your body strains to produce more insulin. As a result, the pancreas is forced to work harder, which puts more strain on the body. By cutting down on your sugar intake, you can effectively cleanse the body of toxins; as you speed up your metabolism and support a healthy body.

4. Increase your tea intake. Tea is a drink that’s full of natural antioxidants. It’s also very good for hydrating the body and making you feel full!

5. Let the sauna make you sweat. Toxins that accumulate in the body are released through sweat the same way they are through urination. Sitting in a sauna is an easy way to break a sweat. You also get the benefit of treating yourself to something special.

6. Scrub yourself toxin-free. Not only does exfoliating your skin make it look good, it gets rid of toxins and oils that lay just beneath the skin’s surface.

As you can see, detoxing is pretty easy, when you think about it. There are many things that you can do, cost efficiently, to rid your body of the nastys that are slowing it down and decreasing your quality of health.
