A freezer is a beautiful thing. I buy organic vegetables and fruit. They do not have very long shelf life so as they decaying too much, I cut them up in small pieces, freeze them on a cookie tray, in a few hours, I transfer them into a freezer bag. When I make my shake in the morning, I add these pieces which add fiber, nutrition and coldness to my yummy morning drink. My shake includes Vi Shape nutritional shake mix; frozen fruit; Kefir; avocado.
