A great indoor exercise is good old-fashioned calisthenics.
Try doing burpees or jumping jacks – you don’t need any equipment except yourself and some space. Both exercises are great for burning calories, building explosive muscle, increasing cardio capacity and relieving boredom!

Try setting a timer for 10 minutes and see how many burpees (or jumping jacks) you can perform in that time. Each day, try to increase the number performed. In no time at all, you will see a slimmer, more muscular you!
