How do Custom Insoles work?

Yes, Custom Insoles work.

I find that foot orthotics are very effective in eliminating or significantly reducing heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis and/or heel spurs. The orthotics primarily help to maintain proper alignment of the feet and also spread the weight of the foot over the whole surface of the orthotic to reduce pressure to the affected area.

They do not work for all foot, leg and back pain every time, so a proper assessment will certainly help to determine whether or not they will work.

Tom Lemke has been making custom footwear for Canadians for over 30 years.

Tom became a Certified Pedorthic Master Craftsman in 1996, and a few years later in 2003 he started his own orthopedic, orthotic and pedorthic practice: The Foot Lab. Located in Edmonton, Alberta, The Foot Lab serves clients from Grande Prairie to Nova Scotia and beyond.  Check out our website http://www.footlab.ca/
