Ainsley is a counselling therapist in private practice in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
Ainsley works with people who are going through transitions of one kind or another, such as: - grieving the loss of loved ones, - getting used to new living arrangements such as long term care or a university dormitory, - coping with changes in health status or other unplanned changes that happen in everyday life.
Ainsley has a special interest in caregiving and care givers of all kinds. For the last 13 years she has developed and taught workshops for front line caregivers, on professional boundaries and giving to others sustainably. Ainsley is a Canadian Certifed Counsellor and a RCT-C in the province of Nova Scotia.
In addition to one on one counselling serives, Ainsley also leads workshops on responible caregiving and resilience, professinal behavior and ethics and other selfcare topics for front line workers.
