Our studio is Only 1500 sq/ft. We are small in comparison to large box gyms, however we have the largest open gym floor space in Burlington. This is because of our style of training. We don't need lots of fancy machines push close together with no room to move. We don't try to get clients attention with the illusion of new gadgets that promise to make you lose fat! We are about pure training. Nothing but hard work and results. Free Weight, Body weight, Elastics, Cables, Ball, Kettlebells and a progressive organized system to create change in your life.
