Professional Fitness Trainers (also known as Certified Personal Trainers) are certified professionals with accredited certifying bodies. As a Professional fitness Trainer Andrea is held to a specific standard of training excellence.

To further benefit and create positive lifestyle changes in her clients, Andrea is also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN).  RHN’s take a natural approach to your health.  They are trained in natural nutrition and other complementary therapies.  Eating well is not about going on a diet, it’s the inclusion of whole foods in the diet and the benefit that eating whole foods has on your health.  What we eat has a direct correlation to how we feel, how we look, disease prevention, hormonal function, weight loss and basically the overall function and health of our bodies.

Andrea is passionate about educating her clients in progressive exercise training technique and whole foods (natural) nutrition.  Her motto is ‘Training you to live fit at any age’, as it is never to late in life to begin weight training and eating well. As well, it is never to early to involve our children the passion for healthy living.  Whether you teach them how to cook, involve them in healthy lunch choices for school, actively participate in physical recreation activities with them or sign them up for sports, physical activity needs to be a lifelong relationship.

Private professional training sessions:

  • one on one training session, all focus on your goals.

Partner personal training sessions:

  • semi private training sessions, have fun with a friend or family member, share goal success and the cost too.

In-home personal training sessions:

  • train at home, one on one training sessions or with a friend.  I travel to you for training.

Holistic nutritional counseling sessions

  • to achieve the best results from your training sessions you need to eat clean. Use one of your sessions in your package for an analysis.
  • The equipment I use can also be used in your own home, Stability ball, Dumbbells, Bodybars, jump rope, Kettle bells, suspension training system, etc.
