Services Offered

Weight loss – help clients with a program that will get them losing weight in a fast and healthy way, with diet advice and a fitness program that works with their life style and needs.

Strength training - can provide significant benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle and tendon strength, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased metabolism, and elevated HDL ("good") cholesterol.

Cardio fitness – Improving cardio fitness will lead to faster weight loss and improved energy levels all day long.

One-on-one sessions in a private gym studio – These sessions are great for someone that has never worked out before or is interested in a certain goal.  Every PERSON is different so EVERY program is different.

Small group sessions – this is great for friends and/or family to work out together and support one another in the same goal. 

Workout programs based on your home setup – sometimes people cannot leave their homes because of a baby sleeping or ill parent, having a trainer provide a work out for you to do at home is just more convenient.

Workout programs for long distance clients – Canada is a HUGE country and there are a lot of people that want to work out but it is too far to travel. Together we will meet once a month and set you up on a program for you to do at your home or local gym and get great results.  Each following month you will get a new program and follow up on your progress (measurements, weight loss, etc.).

*Swim workouts – these are great for people that have knee problems or other joint-like problems or just want to change up their work outs.  It is a really great way to have fun working out while conditioning muscle and increasing cardio levels.  *Available summer only

I have been a client of Diamond Fitness Personal Training for 3 months.  Since starting in October I have  gone from a size 22 to a size 18, losing over 6% of my body fat, I have more energy and I actually LOVE  doing my workouts.  Best of all, I managed to lose weight over the Christmas holidays!

I have been going to Diamond Fitness for 3 ½ months.  I have lost 12 pounds and more importantly inches.  I’ve lost almost 2” from around my neck alone!  At the same time I’ve built muscle.  I must admit all this has happened while still eating ice cream!  I haven’t been very strict with my diet and I’m still showing great improvements.  My strength has increased dramatically too.  Tom’s workouts are custom tailored for me and constantly changing so they’re fun and never dull.  I am into my second 60 session package so working out at Diamond Fitness is very reasonable and I no longer have to pay gym fees.

When I joined Diamond Fitness Personal Training about a year ago, I had just turned 40 and weighed in at a “not so fit” 180 lbs at 6'2”. I was okay with my overall body figure but my pants were getting tighter (and tighter) and I always longed to have bigger, more defined upper arms, aka “guns”.

Tom's flexibility in his schedule has been extremely helpful for me due to the busy and “all over the place” schedule I keep.  I have been on a one-year membership plan and it has changed my life in such a positive way.  My first goal was to increase my cardio endurance so I wouldn't be out of breath after a small jog.  After that was taken care of I achieved my desire to increase my speed and strength significantly as well as improve my overall physique.  The transformation journey to date has been awesome!  I am finally fit and I feel energized every day and just really healthy.  From slim and tall to fit and ripped, with some “sweet guns”!

This summer I have planned for another fitness goal and Tom has jumped right aboard with high expectations and a great deal of enthusiasm in helping me meet this challenge - to gain 8-10 lbs of pure muscle over an 8 week period.
