Spinning (Indoor Cycling)

Are you ready for the challenge?  Do you want to kick start your old
workout or try something new?  Indoor Cycling (Spin) is a high intensity
low impact workout that definitely guarantees to get your heart pumping!
Make sure you advise the instructor if you are new to spin and give it a try!

No matter what your fitness level is, there are over 35 classes each week. 
Land classes cater to beginners as well as those who are advanced.

Specialty classes include Spinning, Yoga, and Pilates.

 Aquatic group fitness is more popular than ever!

There are classes for all fitness levels 
including the Special Population who
suffer with arthritis, injuries, and fibromyalgia.  Specialty classes include cardio, Trek H20, Yoga Beyond, and functional fitness for everyday life.


Yoga is a vast collection of spiritual techniques and practices all aimed at integrating mind, body and achieving a state of enlightenment or oneness with the universe. Yoga postures (asanas) are used to strengthen the body,
promote balance and help focus the mind.

  Is the contemporary, anatomically-based approach to Joseph Pilates original exercise method developed over 80 years ago. This resistance control method will dramatically improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and posture. Pilates creates a body that is long and lean with a flat stomach and strong back.

With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness, STOTT PILATES exercise is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. Performed on a mat or specialized equipment, STOTT PILATES is a fitness regime for a lifetime. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sport, rehab and life, STOTT PILATES exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease
  Classes are taught on the Mat at an essential (beginner)
and intermediate level.

What is a reformer? The reformer is the main piece of equipment
used in Pilates exercise. The Reformer glides forward and backward
on rollers and uses spring for resistance.

Private sessions are available for $50.00 per session.  

When you purchase 6 sessions your fee is reduced to
$45.00 per session.

Private mat sessions are also available in duets for
$30.00 per person.


Our program is based on recommendations by Board Certified practicing physicians specializing in Obstetrics and Sports Medicine.  The program follows the safety guidelines for exercise in pregnancy of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Every participant can perform exercises at their own individual comfort and tolerance levels.
Women of varying fitness levels may exercise at any stage of pregnancy or the postpartum period.

Classes are designed to be enjoyable, non-vigorous exercises, intended to work muscle groups and body systems affected pregnancy.

  These classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy.

  Classes are conducted both on land* and in our pool 2 evenings per week.  Contact us for the next enrollment date. 

 Land classes combine 30 mins. of a low-impact workout together with 30 mins. of yoga & pilates.
