Theresa Ryde:

After 12 years of being in the rat race of the fashion industry, Theresa discovered Yoga as a way to calm her mind, body & soul. She became addicted to the practice and found meditation so enlightening, that she wanted to learn more and take her practice deeper.

Meditation

Meditation is about slowing down and seeing how YOUR mind works!  Meditation is not about religion or a spiritual path it is about being human and living in today’s society. 

Our own mind can sometimes be our worst enemy, we become a slave to our minds and we get so used to it….we think that this is the way.  As humans we gravitate towards habit, and this is how we become controlled by our own mind, it is the comfort of habit and the feeling of being safe.  In our own mind we create fear, and the fear starts to limit us from really living.

We all try to keep stress free but there are always things in our life that happen and we cannot control them.  This stress and anxiety can keep us up at night and then we become fatigued and fall deeper into the hole of a stressful life.  At this point we look for a solution and start a spiritual path, like losing weight or starting a new career this does not happen overnight.  Like anything it takes time and it is truly about the journey not the end result.  It is about sticking with it after the honey moon wears off.  Like anything that we have done in our life the gave us the result we wanted we stuck with something, and are still doing it.

  • Gives you a new opening and outlook in life.  Creating a realignment of your mind body and spirit.  Really getting down to your own personal truth.
  • We are all born perfect and as we grow we begin to condition ourselves, or get conditioned by the environment around us.  You will learn how to shed your conditioning and find your truth, your spiritual alignment, and your bliss in life.
  • Your will learn various techniques in how to meditate and what best resonates with you in the moment of your now, your beingness.
  • Your will learn tools to put in your tool box of life and be able to work through situation that arise with ease and calmness.
  • And time for questions and discussion about meditation, to find your Truth (Tattva). This class is suitable for beginner and experienced mediators.

Mind Foundation

There is always so much talk about how we NEED to keep a good diet and stay active to stay in shape, but what about our mind, we should also be focusing on the key thing that controls the actions and the decisions of the diet or physical activity.  We have all been there getting ourselves ready to work out or go to the gym and it is our mind that can talk us in or out of things.  Our mind can over react and then cause a huge amount of anxiety jolt through the body and if you do not have  any relaxation tools in your tool box of life this is how we end up getting diseases in our body.   

All this may seem over whelming at times but it is a very important part of your journey, if we allow our minds to take control of our life’s we are just a body on a train allowing it to pass all these beautiful cities and places without getting off and experiencing your true life, feelings, smells, sounds, and other people……LOVE!!  Be open to experiencing life in your way in your own TATTVA (Truth).

  • Finding a recognizing trigger’s that lead to food

  • How to differentiate where your f it moment is and controlling it.

  • Learning about healthy choices and getting on the right track

Full Awareness

This is going deeper into meditation and one’s self.  What is your truth, how do situations in your life resonate with in you!  We are all individuals, we have all had very different experiences in our lives, they may seem similar in nature but we all react in different ways.  It is a deeper meditative stat that we can really feel with complete awareness where we are in our life and what we would truly like to change or go deeper towards.  This is for students that have meditated before and would like to go deeper into their practice.

Fit for you Classes

This is a unique class that is for everyone and anyone, it is a malty level class that helps with muscle conditioning, flexibility and distress.   It is a upbeat class that you cannot miss.   Get ready to feel free and build muscle and confidence at the same time as you have a ton of fun.

Yoga

You will learn how to relax your body and your mind with Yoga…..to yoke breath and movement together.  To really learn how to breathe like you did when you were a child.  As we get older we start to lose our breath.  Watch a 5 year old breath…they breathe from the belly, as adults we get added stress and we go through things in our life that transitions us to breath from our chest.  We can retrain our bodies to breathe properly again with Yoga.  Breathe calms the nervous system and brings us back to  our true self, you will become more aware of your body, mind and spirit, feel thing you have never felt before,  While in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Nutrition

80% of feeling good and losing weight has to do with your diet.  I can help you stay clean with your eating but still be happy eating, tastefully and healthy.
