Our mission is to provide a health care system that promotes health and well being by incorporating the principles of naturopathic medicine through diagnoses, assessment and treatment of the whole person with the purpose of restoring and maintaining optimum health. To educate and empower clients with the ability to support their own optimum health. Methods include botanical, clinical nutrition, acupuncture, traditional oriental medicines, homeopathy, physical and sports medicine.
I am focused on helping clients willing to do whatever it takes to make healthy changes in their life, who have continuity creating a three-year plan to work with me on achieving mind, body and spiritual balance.
To facilitate a path to cure, I coach people to make healthy lifestyle choices. Naturopathic philosophy is to seek, restore and maintain optimum health by the following six principles:
We offer: Botanical, Nutrition, Homeopathy, Isopathic, Homotoxiclogy, Hydrotherapy, Psychosomatic Energetics using Rubimed testing.
Acupuncture is a therapeutic method used to encourage natural healing, reduce or relieve pain and improve function of affected areas of the body. Acupuncture is safe and effective and is often successfully used as an alternative to medications or even surgery. Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine disposable needles at specific points in the body.
The improved energy and biochemical balance produced by acupuncture stimulates the body's natural healing abilities, reducing inflammation, and promoting physical and emotional well being. Disorders such as digestive, respiratory, neurological, muscular, urinary, menstrual, reproductive, addictions and insomnia can be treated.
Like Naturopathy, Homeopathy is concerned with treatment of the whole person, as an individual rather than treating the disease itself. The therapeutic system of homeopathy stimulates a person's own vital force so that healing can occur.
Homeopathic principal is based on "like cures like." What this means is when a remedy is given to a healthy individual it will produce certain symptoms called a proving. These provings are recorded and used to treat individuals effected with similar symptoms. The remedies are made from minute dilutions of plants, animals, and crystals. There are over 500 remedies to choose from in various dilutions.
Naturopathy looks at the whole person and emphasizes the bio-psycho-social-spiritual connection as it relates to health and well being. Focus is on stress management, positive diet choices, exercise and what spirituality means for each person. Individual or group programs for stopping smoking, weight loss or any addiction are treated by ear acupuncture using the five needle protocol. The physical symptoms of withdrawal can be reduced so you can focus on the necessary lifestyle changes.
The healing power of nature is activated through meditation. Meditation is often defined as taking a moment to sit quietly or to ponder. Meditation helps achieve a state of peaceful serenity and deep inner strength. The mind is calm and silent, yet completely alert. As a result, health improves and there is a sense of being fully alive. It is a spontaneous experience which unites the essential teachings of all the world's religions. It is the birthright of each and every human being.
