April Elsegood

April Elsegood received her diploma in Orthomolecular Nutrition from the College of International Holistic Studies, near Toronto, Ontario.  Her designation of Registered Orthomolecular Nutritional Consultant (ROHP) was awarded by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC). She has held an interest in health and wellness for many years. April has been fascinated by such subjects as the role of the mind in personal health, biofeedback, aromatherapy and various hands-on healing arts.  She decided to specialize in nutrition because it is an area of health where the client is actively involved in their own care; you can actively choose what you eat, drink and put into your body, how much or if you exercise, and what kinds of lifestyle activities you take part in.  April's job will be to educate, design, encourage, support and monitor…..it’s you, the client who will do the hands-on work and take on the responsibility for your own health!
