2. Use the "the 5 Ws" ... who, what, where, when and why? to set your direction for the day.

What will I do today to move me closer to an important goal?
Where will I start on my voyage to growth and improvement?
When will I begin?
Why is it so important for me to achieve this goal?
Ask the questions, answer them, and act.
