If you have high blood pressure, and particularly if you take cholesterol-lowering drugs, make sure your diet is high in Co-enzyme Q10 (C.Q10). It can help lower blood pressure and protect against heart disease, breast cancer and gum disease. Good sources include organic meat and eggs. I get mine from Oscar and Barbara’s Farm Fresh Food in Corbeil 705-752-3429. Co-enzyme can also be found in rice bran, wheat germ, peanuts, spinach, broccoli and fish. Of course you know that in order to get your blood pressure down you must exercise daily.
