Fillings – I made two types (but any filling goes!):
Greek: Sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives, green onions, tomatoes, shallots
Veggie/Cheese: Shallots, yellow zucchini, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, parmaesan
