I just started lifting weights, should I up my protein?

What vegetarian options of food can I eat to get more protein?

Nuts, beans and seeds all provide various amounts of protein. There are alot of great bean stirfrys and baked cassarole dishes that are protein packed.

There are also several options in the form of powdered proteins made from plant matter. Obviously nut (and other) allergies can pose a problem for some people so be sure to avoid the foods that may cause you issues. Always check with a registered nutritionist if in doubt.
