How can you become more toned in addition to performing yoga?

Resistance training will help add some muscle to your frame, helping to fill out any “weak” spots you feel you have. Not only that, but it will help raise your metabolism to burn more calories. A combination of yoga and resistance training is great for strength and flexibility. And help you get more toned in the long run!
