How do my genes affect my health?

The Wall Street Journal confirmed the very real fact on Aug. 22, 2016, that

"Your genes can help tell you what to eat and influence how diet affects your health"

"Variants in some of our genes determine how we metabolize and utilize nutrients, a field of study known as nutrigenomics." This is the exact concept that Naturopaths determined in the 1920's but they dubbed it an "intolerance", which is now used to described something totally different in many labs today.

Dr. Carroll determined a way to evaluate what foods were essentially a poison to an individual based on factors that were permanent in them. And there are still purist NDs like myself that have gone through the rigorous training and testing process to learn this Carroll Method that today can be flexibly used to test with accurate results using a few different, in office methods.

The Carroll Method is a simple 3 step process, with proven outstanding outcomes in how someone feels, as per my personal research on this topic.

Assess, Reveal and Make Real.......

This simply means a client of mine will have the assessment done in office (ASSESS), the outcomes are REVEALed in an understandable, detailed practical way with a report and support handouts, and then most importantly, is to give that client life long coaching on their food changes at no extra charge to make the effects and changes stick and mesh with their REAL life so that amazing outcomes become a reality for them.

Any labs are monetising on this concept of testing genes to know what you should or shouldn't be eating, and their bill is typically $500 and up! But the tried and true Carroll Method only runs $190 in my office and this investment includes oxidative stress testing for a check on your toxicity levels and on if your cells are in degeneration or regeneration mode, and also includes a supplement check to ensure what you are taking actually jives with your body chemistry and in what dosages.

With clinically significant positive outcomes 94.25% of the time as per my research on the Carroll Method, it is no wonder this assessment has become the cornerstone of my practice and how I keep intimately connected to the truth of root cause healing.

Sometimes new is better then old, but in the case of food assessment for your health, old is tried and true and a much better investment value!
