Since 1988, LBRFS has been privileged in providing various services to families and individuals over the years and have been effective in producing positive change, relieving stress, improving lives, empowering parents, modifying challenging behaviours in children and providing in-home support for children with special needs. LBRFS provides Council/Therapy to families and individuals facing challenges and traumatic life situation. It can be very stressful during these times.
You may feel helpless, alone and overwhelmed in your situation. The emotional pain may be debilitating. You need help and support during these times. You can reach out and find that you are not alone.
Parenting is another challenge. Parenting a strong-willed child with challenging behaviours can be frustrating, parents need support and someone who will help them to guide the child in turning those negative behaviours into positives. I am committed to helping you work towards the change you desire.

Rosita Allen is a licensed psychotherapist, Founder, Owner and Operator of LBRFS. She has been privileged in providing services to families, youth and children from various cultures and backgrounds. Her goal is to provide non-judgmental services and is committed to working with you to provide insight and support to encourage you to move towards positive change and empowered life.
