Amanda Li received her undergraduate and Masters degree in Applied Nutrition at the University of Guelph. She then decided to combine her dietetic background with her passion for cooking, and completed a Culinary Arts diploma from The Culinary Arts School of Ontario. Amanda’s life mission is to combine her unique skill set as a dietitian and chef to inspire and exemplify to others how living a healthy lifestyle and eating a whole foods based diet can be enjoyable and tantalizing to the taste buds! She believes profoundly in the connection between how we nourish our bodies and how we feel physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As an in-store dietitian, she enjoys being able to share her recipe ideas and introducing new foods and ingredients to customers. If she had someone to wash her dishes every time she baked or cooked, she would be found in the kitchen all day long!
