This is very important, because without all 3 of these pillars (motivation, nutrition, and physical activity) it is downright difficult and frustrating when trying to reach your goals. Also, no one person is the same - following a one size fits all program will work, but it won't provide you with the optimum results you are looking for, and it will take a lot longer as well. Complete Health and Fitness uses detailed intake assessments, hormonal profile measurements, looks at symptomology, goals, and where appropriate, offers further testing to provide you with a completely custom and highly effective plan.
To create this custom plan, James looks at hidden reasons why someone is gaining weight, why they are constantly tired or burned out, feel awful, or why they cant lose weight. Again, this allows him to create a custom plan for you, which will be far more effective than a one size fits all plan!

Health coaching is an ongoing monthly service, where clients are empowered and motivated (and also held accountable!) to change their lives on a progressive but consistent basis. Instead of giving our clients information overload, they are consistently taught and empowered to change their lives. Small (or rapid if desired!) changes happen at each meeting and conversation during the month. With several different packages, clients also have an option on the number of sessions they would like throughout a month, depending on their budget. Depending upon the package, they can also call, email, or phone for information, questions, motivation, or any concerns they have during the month between coaching sessions.
James also takes a deep look into the hidden medical reasons why people often can't lose weight. This makes a huge difference in somoene's success, and continued adherance to their plan and goals. Some of these hidden reasons include blood sugar stabilization issues, candida yeast in the digestive tract, low stomach acid, thyroid or adrenal gland fatigue, and more. With this knowledge, he develops a custom plan for his clients, with custom supplementation, custom meal plans, and exercise schedules.
