Beth McKellar RMT

In today’s fast-paced environment massage can provide a wonderful moment of tranquility. I am a strong believer in the healing effects of massage therapy.   Regular treatment guides your mind and body into total relaxation.  It helps the mind to let go, to drift into reverie.  It enhances the ability to meditate and breathe rhythmically so that everyday stress can be dealt with more calmly. This makes a large contribution to the maintenance of optimal health and well-being.

I worked in sales for many years before finding my calling in massage therapy which is a profession I love.  It rewards me every day with positive interaction from the people I meet.  My goal is to provide those clients with a calm, safe and nurturing environment.
