She is passionate about helping women heal so they can live healthier, happier, more inspired lives.

Dr. Thomson will:

  • Identify and treat the root cause of your symptoms
  • Provide patient-centered care, taking into account the whole person (body & mind)
  • Create a safe, individualized treatment plan focused on achieving and maintaining results
  • Empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make positive changes to your health

The 'Healing Hashimoto's Program'--Dr. Thomson's unique in-office program is designed to help reverse your thyroid symptoms, heal your gut, reclaim your energy, and balance your hormones. In the program we will assess your thyroid function with comprehensive testing, provide dietary guidance and support, identify individualized triggers of Hashimoto's, and create a functional restoration plan so you can live a healthier, happier, more inspired life.

The 'Powerful Perimenopause Program' is an in-office program designed to support a woman--physically, mentally, emotionally, during this time of transition. Perimenopause is the three to ten years prior to menopause, and while it's not an illness, the symptoms for some women can negatively affect their quality of life. From hotflashes, sweats, mood imbalances, insomnia, weight gain, heavier or irregular periods-- these symptoms can leave you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and hopeless. This program serves as a roadmap, giving you the low down on why your hormones are all over the place and how you can balance them, naturally. You will also have access to the tools you need including functional testing to assess where your hormones are; diet, lifestyle, nutritional therapies, acupuncture and herbs. These balance, nourish and allow your body to adapt to the hormonal changes with ease, so you can feel calm, confident, and in control. Perimenopause can be a time of powerful change--mentally, emotionally, physically, where you honour yourself as a woman.  On an emotional level, it's about getting back in touch with yourself and redefining what you want in your next chapter. Choose to experience a powerful perimenopause.
