Own your pain refers to taking your recovery into your own hands. Our goal is to find and fix the root cause of your pain so that you can take your pain, beat it, and own it!
My treatments are based on thorough assessments, evidence-based hands-on treatments and personalized functional exercises. Finding the root cause of the problem is where I differentiate myself from others. I am experienced in treating a variety of sports injuries and chronic conditions to help people return to their pain-free life. I am the most fulfilled when my patients can play with theirs kids, travel, and play their sports without pain.
I am also a certified Sport Physiotherapy Canada First Responder and was part of the Medical Team at the 2015 Toronto PanAm Games and 2017 World Junior Badminton Championships.
Completing my Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto and Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen's University, has allowed me to pursue my dream career.
