Stretching isn't just a way to prevent/rehab injuries or a way to work towards being able to do the splits (just for the fun of it). Stretching is also about improving the performance! Ryan Wilkie, CPT, Fasical Stretch Therapist Level 2

Ryan began his career as a Certified Personal Trainer. Through his experiences, multiple certifications and studies he helps his clients increase strength and improve fitness through safe and effective exercise routines. Noting that many new clients often came to him in some kind of pain, Ryan sought therapies and techniques to help them with recovery. 

In 2012, Ryan learned of a treatment called Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) after seeing a demonstration of this technique from a course instructor. He knew instantly that this was something he wanted to use to help his clients! So he became certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy. Since then, Fascial Stretch Therapy has become a great addition to his skillset and has greatly helped to improve his clients' results.

From 2009 - 2017 Ryan lived and worked in Fredericton, NB. In November 2017, he and his wife relocated to Toronto, ON to seek out new opportunities. Ryan now enjoy helping active people, in Toronto, feel flexible and free in all their activites!
