The key ingredients include: Ground flax seeds, which provides the body with fiber and helps prevent high cholesterol and diabetes. Fresh fruit, which provides the body with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Beneficial oils, which provides the body with Omega 369's, is anti inflammatory and improves skin and hair. Whey protein, which provides the body with lots of energy.
