Cross-country skiing is an excellent way to keep fit. It gives you a good body workout, upper body as well as lower body while involving all of your muscles to coordinate and balance your body.

Dre Bordeleau and Dr Vandervoort are skiing along the cross-country trail in Orleans, ON. It runs all the way from Green's Creek to Trim Road.

Cross-country skiing is a great activity! It reduces the impact on the joints, helps if you have back problems, it's a great cardio exercise.

The fun part is that it is right here in our backyard. You are encouraged to get out and enjoy it while you can! What a great way to enjoy the great outdoors while getting a good workout.
