Work for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. Repeat each superset 3 times, then rest 1 minute before moving on to the next superset.

Superset 1:
1. Split squat – right leg
2. Split squat – left leg

REST 1 MINUTE

Superset 2:
1. Kettlebell swings
2. Pushups

REST 1 MINUTE

Superset 3:
1. Goblet squats
2. Renegade row
