This last workout is a great one. Please make any necessary adjustments to the exercises as needed to complete.
Work intervals: 30 secs ON, Rest intervals: 30 secs OFF
Complete 3 to 5 rounds. Rest 1 minute in between rounds.
1- B.W. Squats/ Jump squats
2- Push-ups/elevated if necessary
3- Seated Leg-Outs: (use a single leg if necessary)
4-Single-leg bridges R-leg
5- Single-leg bridges L-leg
6- Jump forward 1x-- jump backwards 2x
7- Walking lunges (stay tall)
8- 5 High-knees(stay tall) - Down to your belly on floor, and then back up.
