Work for 30 seconds the rest for 30 seconds. Repeat each tri-set 2 times, take 1 minute rest, then move on to the next triplet.

Tri-set 1:
1. Kettlebell swings
2. Goblet squats
3. Alternating bent over row

REST 1 MINUTE

Tri-set 2:
1. Pushups
2. Right leg bridge
3. Left leg bridge

REST 1 MINUTE

Tri-set 3:
1. Plank climbers
2. Press – right arm
3. Press – left arm
