Spectrum Therapy and Fitness- Kettlebell workout- Covid19 Stay-at-home-workout!!

Repeat for 3 rounds
Movement patterns:
1 10-20 kettlebell swings
2 10 goblet squats
3 10 pushups
4 10 Russian twists
5 10 reverse lunges right leg
6 10 reverse lunges left leg

Make sure that you are bracing your abs and keeping a "neutral spine"- not flexed, or overextended, during the squats, kb swings, push-ups, or lunges.
You should be able to take a good breathe in, once you're in the beginning position, and breathe out at the end of the movement pattern.
