Heal old injuries and increase mobility with Fluid Isometrics!
I've had a lot of problems with my knees and I'm hoping for a miracle. I haven't been able to be as athletic as I've wanted to be for the last five years, and I guess this is hopefully to be as athletic as I've wanted to be for the last five years, and I guess this is hopefully My main concern overall is the tendonitis in my knees. That's been bothering me from my junior year in college which is about five years ago. Other than that, I've just had surgery on my left knee, micro-fracture surgery from femoral-condyle defects, so I'm hoping to get rid of that as soon as possible—for the season. So today is February 27, 2013 and we're just going to take a look down here and notice that left knee and how much more swollen that is. So now we're going to do a treatment for about an hour and we're going to take a look at things after that I play for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats [and after working on my knee for an hour], it is feeling a lot better. I have more mobility and it looks more like a knee. As you can see, I can flex it a lot more than I was able to before and it's been all good news so far so I'm really encouraged and really excited to keep doing the exercises you showed me so that I can get better quicker. Excellent so you feel like you are able to be more functional with that knee now? Oh definitely. The exercises we did in there, the hopping, the agility movements—everything we did in there is something that I haven't done in over four weeks. This is three weeks post-op and I haven't done anything like this, I'm supposed to be on crutches.
