Anjali Joseph is passionate about building and supporting people to reach their potential in all aspects of their lives, both personally, and professionally. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Working in private practice in The National Capital Region since 2004, Anjali offers short-term and long-term psychotherapy and counselling services to individuals, and couples facing challenges impacting their emotional and relational health.
Her expertise and experience in working with employees in organizations have prepared Anjali with the skills necessary to assist her clients through organizational change, managerial challenges, operational stressors, vicarious trauma due to the nature of their work, burnout, work/ life balance, demotivation at work, workplace conflict, debilitating illness (chronic pain), dealing with harassment/bullying in the workplace, addictions, and PTSD.
Anjali draws on her expertise of systems approaches and a practiced knowledge of psychotherapy to deliver relevant services and resources to her clients.
