What is Chiropractic?
The word Chiropactic is derived from the Greek, meaning "treatment by hand". As a science, Chiropractic concerns itself with the relationship between structure, primarily the spine, and function, primarily the nervous system.
As a health professional, it offers a conservative, drug less, non invasive approach to the restoration and maintenance of health.
Training to become a Doctor of Chiropractic requires a minimum of an undergraduate degree, followed by a full time four year program at an accredited Chiropractic College.
There are currently 7000 practising Chiropractors in Canada.

Reflexology is a natural non-invasive healing art that is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part of the body. Through applications of pressure on these reflexes, Reflexology relieves stress and tension, improves circulation, detoxifies the body and helps promote the natural functioning of all the organs of the body. Essentially Refexology helps to balance the mind, body & spirit.
