Stressed out all the time?

Her Decision Jodie realized she was making excuses to keep running herself into the ground, like, "'I'm too busy" or "My life is just too complicated", or "This is just who I am". She wasn't doing this on purpose. No one wakes up one day and says "I think I'll ruin my life today".
