Dr. Linda Johnston

Dr. Linda Johnston is a Clinical Psychologist, registered to practice in Ontario with the College of Psychologists, with 23 years experience providing psychotherapy and counselling to individuals, couples, and people in relationships as well as teaching and training psychologists on the supervised practice register.

Feedback from former clients indicates that Dr. Johnston is seen to be warm and compassionate, intensely caring, and very skilled at helping the client create the changes that significantly improve their lives. She is committed to using research-based proven methods to provide psychotherapy and counseling and actively keeps herself up-to-date with information and methodologies.

Dr. Johnston has worked in private practice for twenty-three years treating young adults and adults (16 years and up), couples, and relationships with clients from 16 to their mid-eighties. She believes intensely in change at any stage of life.

 

Dr. Sonia Singh

Dr. Sonia Singh is a Registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and has over 10 years of experience providing consultation, assessment, and treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Essential to Dr. Singh’s clinical practice is her ability to collaborate with her clients to help them design and live powerful lives. Her work is enhanced by an extensive background in cultural diversity that equips her to be sensitive to individual differences and offer a customized approach to client care.

Dr. Singh has worked extensively in the areas of mood and anxiety disorders, family and relationship difficulties, career related stress, cultural competency promotion, immigrant/refugee acculturation, psychological trauma, and child abuse.

 

Dr. Hugo Stevenson

Dr. Hugo Stevenson has been working in Mental Health for the past 15 years both as a therapist and a clinical supervisor. He brings to our practice a breadth of clinical experience, including a wide array of therapeutic modalities that he has applied to many types of clients and conditions.

Dr. Stevenson’s clinical background and solution-focused approach allow him to discuss with his clients their behaviours, thoughts, and feelings in order to determine the therapeutic approach that has the greatest chance of helping them make the type of changes that they are looking to make in their lives.

Dr. Hugo Stevenson’s areas of expertise include relationship and couples therapy, conflict in the workplace, treatment of depression and anxiety, and the management of persistent mental illness.
