SERVICES & PRODUCTS: Skype yoga and workshops/retreats.

I teach yoga with its roots grounded in tradition as a spiritual practice for the evolution of your soul, mind and body. Yoga is not taught as just another exercise program or regime but as a way of life, and living. The physical body is the means to a greater end by working with not against our many limitations, weaknesses and set-back.

Clases are traditional Hatha-yoga including meditation and backbending. Private sessions are designed to work with each student on an individual level and to inspire self-practice.
