Without seeing you and your feet I can’t say categorically. But if you and your feet are fairly healthy, stretch them out and then walk barefoot in sand every day. Start with about 15 minutes and increase the a time by 5 minutes every day for at least 2 weeks, also keep up the walking in sand about 3 days a week as you work at that job.
If you don’t have access to sand and can’t build a long narrow sandbox in the basement then a wobble board is a really good second choice, the internet has lots of wobble board options.
