Healthy Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe

There is no end to the combinations you will come up with for this frozen yogurt "bark." You simply combine ingredients in a bowl, toss them lightly and then spread them thinly on parchment paper and put in the freezer for several hours, then break into pieces of "bark" and enjoy.

What a great way to serve breakfast or a midday snack on a hot day. And I can’t think of anything more lovely looking on a plate!

This pictured combination is Greek vanilla yogurt, salted pistachios, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and kiwis. Another great combination to enjoy is Greek yogurt (any flavor) with chunks of fresh coconut, banana, salted cashews, and peaches. Delicious! Get a burst of different flavours in every bite!
