This retreat is a beautiful morning of movement, stillness, knowledge, nourishment and whole Healthy Body wellness.
Our goal is to help you relax and reset this fall season with a healing yoga practice, a guided meditation, a mindful nutrition talk, and a hands-on, clean skincare workshop. Each segment is taught by a wellness professional and all sessions will be interactive so you can truly learn and practice them in your everyday life.
We will be serving a healthy, plant-based lunch from the chef at Trius Winery and will conclude the event with a sparkling wine toast to the new season, to health and friendship.
There will be door prizes and giveaways throughout the day!
