Try a change of scenery – take your work out outdoors. Cooler temperatures are on their way so now is the time to get outside! Try running / walking / biking to a local park – that covers your cardio session. At the park you have a plethora of items to use for your resistance training. Push ups and Bulgarian split squats off picnic table benches, chin ups off monkey bars, military crawls across the grass – whatever you can think up. Got kids? Take them with you. They can play while you work out.
