Sonia provides bilingual psychotherapy and group therapy to young adults and adults. She facilitates workshops and mindfulness programs. She specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, stress management, life adjustments and transitions, emotional regulation, social skills development, and depression.
Zsuzsa Grandpierre, M.A. (Ed.), Psychotherapist & Coach
Zsuzsa provides psychotherapy, group therapy, personal and ADHD coaching, and develops and facilitates mindfulness-based workshops. Her professional areas of expertise include burnout, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She also works with clients who are interested in achieving higher states of sustained well-being through coaching.
We utilize Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy in our practice.
