OUR SERVICES

We offer comprehensive family foot care, and have expertise in the following areas:

ORTHOTICS AND ORTHOPEDIC FOOTWEAR

Ontario Foot & Orthotics can provide custom made insoles for foot ailments that you may have. Insoles are 100% custom made to your specific foot. Custom foot orthotics can help with disorders such as tired and achy feet, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, morton’s neuroma, flat feet, high arches, limb length discrepancies and much more.

We also carry a wide range of orthopedic shoes that may assist in reducing many foot problems you may have.

GENERAL FOOT PAIN

Ontario Foot and Orthotics has foot specialists that are trained in treating general foot and ankle ailments. This can range from sports injuries, to anything such as toe nail conditions, bunions, stress fractures, and more. Please phone us to see if we can treat your condition.

CALLUS, CORN AND WART TREATMENT

Callus and Corns present as dead skin the body produces in response to high pressure. These conditions may become painful and even change the way you walk. Plantars warts are caused by the human papilloma virus, and are a common skin infection. They are usually found in high pressure areas on the bottom of our feet, and may cause pain when walking. It is important to have all of these skin lesions properly treated by a trained professional.

DIABETIC FOOT CARE

Ontario Foot & Orthotics is actively involved in the Halton Health Care Diabetes Best Practice Outreach Program. We strive to educate patients of the potential risks involved with improper foot care in order to prevent long term complications. Diabetic patients are at risk of experiencing sensory neuropathy in the feet. Because of this, patients are at risk of ulcerations which sometimes can lead to amputations if not appropriately treated.
All diabetic patients at Ontario Foot & Orthotics receive a diabetic foot screen as part of the assessment. Through this screening we are able to identify the patients risk level, which can be used to formulate strategic management plans.

In addition, parishioners at Ontario Foot & Orthotics have received additional training in complex wound care through the Canadian Association of Wound Care.

TESTIMONIALS

"The staff at Ontario Foot & Orthotics have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The receptionist works extremely hard to fit me in to the schedule when given short notice. I have seen other chiropodists, and none have offered the level of care and compassion that I have received with Roshni. "
Quinette Alex, Mississauga, ON

"I started using Ontario foot and Orthotics back in 2009, after recovering from a motorcycle accident. I never had an in-grown nail in my life and it was quite painful. I could barely walk due to the intense pain and my family doctor referred me to Ontario Foot and Orthotics. I went to my appointment, when I walked in I could not tolerate the pain anymore. After 10 minutes in Roshni's office, I heard a "clip" sound and I felt such relief, it was almost immediate. Ever since I have been attending my 6 to 8 week appointments and it has been a real pleasure to be taken care from such a talented staff. I have never had a bad experience, always on time and they always call to remind me for my next appointment."
I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anybody with chiropodist needs.
Sincerely, a happy customer:
Javier Picazo, Milton, ON

"I am writing this letter on behalf of myself and my wife. We have been patients of Roshni Patel’s since she took over from Greg Lawrence. We have found her to be a very caring person, and does a great job on our feet. Would recommend her to anyone."
Sincerely,
Walter & Jo Ralph, Milton, ON
