As a young girl, Elena was known to informally practice massage on family and friends, receiving much positive feedback and outcomes. After a few years of a career in Social Work, Elena finally accepted her calling in Massage Therapy and became a proud graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto.

Min has been working as a registered massage therapist for over 10 years. She is trained and has experience of several types of massage. This includes Sweish, Chinese Tui-Na, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and Thai massage.

Acupuncture involves inserting a needle (usually a filigree needle) into a patient's body at a certain angle under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory. The piercing points are called acupuncture points or acupoints, of which 361 acupoints are found in the human body.
Acupuncture can effective to pain relief, infertility, menstruation issues, weight loss, skin conditions, anti-aging, and other diseases. However, people with bleeding disorder, infections skin disorder or disease should avoid acupuncture. If pregnant, needling in the abdominal area or lumbosacral region should be avoided.

Practitioners uses touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints, to relieve muscle tension, to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and to help your body's own healing mechanisms.
