1 tbsp all Natural Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread
Optional: I add in 1/4 tsp of Baking Powder to make them fluffier, 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Extract and some Stevia to taste.
1.Put some coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
2.Mash together banana and egg (along with any other of the optional ingredients I’ve listed above that you’d like).
Note: You want to mash it up, but not liquify it completely.
3.Pour batter into pan, but make the pancakes small! They cook much better when small.
4.They are ready to flip when slightly browned around the edges, check on them by peeling up the sides as they cook.
5.Flip them when ready and cook on other side until done (usually only takes about a minute).
6.While they are still hot, spread chocolate peanut butter on them (that way it will melt nicely and spread easier).
7.You can use berries, more banana slices, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves, Maple Syrup, etc, to your liking.
